Nice work, Jenn.
I’m doing a stuff on teachers management skills in the classroom, sure this will help a lot.
Thanks. I am going to save this post for futiure reading.
I’ve shared with the new teacher I’m mentoring. 🙂
I like the idea to share with new teachers!!
Good thoughts!!!
These are dead-on!!! I love them!!
Unfortunately, resolution #1 causes me to accuse my son of NOT having turned in his assignments because Family Access shows it’s “missing”
No. I’ll pray for a snow day on Wednesdays.

I’m a retired teacher, but not yet so addle of mind that I’ve forgotten these situations!! So glad I’m not dealing with them now!! Good luck to the current & future generations of teachers.
Totally cute!! Thanks for the chuckle! 🙂
Thanks for the laugh! Very funny photos of the teacher’s new year’s resolutions.
I wish I could print this and post it in the teacher’s workroom! Spot on, my friend!
YOU CAN TELL….YOU ALL ARE ALL TIME TEACHERS ….SAME LANGUAGE, IDEAS AND BEHAVIOR…BUT NO MATTER WHAT, YOU ARE THE BEST IN THE WEST…I LOVE YOU ALL

True….
Really bright thoughts!! Thanks for sharing!!
These would be hard to keep! Only a teacher could understand how spot on these are, The snow day one reminds me of the year in the 70’s when I had the slogan “Think snow” on my bulletin board and got written up by my principal for an “unprofessional display”. Here’s my favorite poster: “I will not throw things in class. I will not yell in class. I will not tease anyone in class. I am the teacher,. I am the teacher.”
Been there, done that, and now retired thanks to an early retirement incentive package. I miss my students terribly but not the hoops and ridiculous red tape. The best advice I can give is to arm yourself with a few true friends in your building. THEY ARE YOUR SALVATION……….. Best of luck to those of you still in the trenches… There is light at the end of the tunnel.
Being a classroom teacher of over 13+ years, I love this! Thanks for the smile!! 🙂
Have a great day!

First year teacher here, these sum up my life.
What about “I will work a full year as the rest of the people do.”
