So I’m a little addicted to internet memes. And YouTube. But, I’ve recently learned how to create them and it is super fun and easy. Check back often for new memes!
Can I get an AMEN from my fellow 5th grade teachers???
I know WHY they block Pinterest, but it has become a huge part of lesson planning for me. (8/9/2014)
I love to label everything so it is ready to go the first day. This drives me batty! (8/9/2014)
My favorite part of going back to school is all the new programs and mandates I get to implement. Not. (8/9/2014)
I really am looking forward to setting up the room, but…is summer REALLY over? (8/9/2014)
Teacher humor from The Pensive Sloth. Don’t judge me because I spent the day in pajamas. It’s summer.
There is an option to share your Netflix activity on Facebook. Nope. It is embarrassing how much Netflixing I have done. Nobody needs to know the extent of my marathons.
I’m actually kind of looking forward to next year, though I have my moments where I wish summer could go on forever, I’m itching to get started on all of those Pinterest ideas I’m saving.
Pinterest addict here.
Teacher humor from The Pensive Sloth. “Scouts honor. When school begins, I’ll know exactly what day it is. For now, be glad I know it is July.”
Chill out. It’s summer. #teacherhumor
Teacher meme from The Pensive Sloth. It is so hard to get up for an all day PD session in the middle of summer. So hard.
Ah…bribery. The best classroom management strategy for the end of the year.
Seriously. There are teachers out there with some serious anchor chart skills! I’m grateful that the post theirs so I can look upon them in awe and be inspired!
“I love spending 4 hours covering my anchor charts, bulletin boards, and word walls before our state test” said no teacher ever.
I recently saw a photo posted by a student where they had written YOLO on a standardized test! Not fun.
Sadly, this is a problem I have almost nightly. Just one more pin…
